The River Rye at Newsham Bridge has been producing some cracking sport over the summer, as forum regular, Gavin, has been finding out. Chub and grayling can be found along the entire length, along with roach, dace and brown trout. A roving approach is probably the best line of attack, so travel light and have a go at one of the YDDA’s “hidden gems”.
