Bread, and other banned baits at Laybourne lakes

Reports have been received recently (with evidence on the ground) of anglers using a banned bait on the Pool, namely Bread. This bait is banned from use here (not even for feeding the ducks), only to be used in your sandwiches. Despite their being two large notice boards, and three-quarters of a page in the Rule Book, obviously anglers are not reading them, or even this Newsheet which regularly features “bending of the Rules”. However, once again, the banned baits at the Laybourne complex are as follows:- Boilies, peanuts, tiger nuts, cat food, bloodworm, joker, and BREAD.  There are also limits on the amount of bait to brought to the lake. Perhaps dog food ought to be banned as well, as some anglers have been seen to be using that as a substitute for cat food?
