An angler was fishing at Howsham recently when a couple of “lads” came and sat behind him. When it came to ‘packing up’ he realised that all his angling documentation (a number of Associations) was missing. Members are to consider having all tackle/documents etc. close to hand (within reach of their box). Any bailiffs checking such documentation from anglers who are not obviously of retirement age should act accordingly regarding this type of offence.
