Apparently about a dozen York anglers have been checked (piking) on the Brayton Bridge to Burn Bridge section of the Selby Canal (as it is ‘platformed’). This is not a York controlled water, and the local club secretary has asked that York anglers be reminded of this. All when asked, purchased the necessary day tickets.
