York Summer Regatta

“York City Rowing Club will be holding its York Summer Regatta Sunday 23 June 2019, same arrangements as last year. The racing course is 1000m downstream below Clifton Bridge to the YCRC clubhouse on the Esplanade, boats then returning through Lendal Bridge. Boating begins for racing from 9.00am then throughout the day. We expect some 150 entries up to half of which will be Juniors. There will be course marshals and safety boats covering the whole event. We have use of the Esplanade Car Park and trailers busy along the Esplanade. As ever we understand that we share the river with you all and our marshals will be alert to cooperate with you on the day. Once again we invite your awareness and understanding for this busy event.”
