No night fishing at Sand Hutton

There have been reports of alleged night fishing/camping at Sand Hutton, with the obvious danger of such activity causing a major conflagration. Plus there is the illegal night fishing, probably a non-member fishing aspect. No night fishing is an indication of Dawn to Dust only, no fishing during the hours of darkness. Then there are other reports of potential non-members fishing on other waters. Could members be asked for reports be made as things are happening – this is the only way that we can attempt to deal with miscreants?
