Locks Vandalised

It seems that someone has taken objection to waters being locked for members only use, as we have had reports of attempts at vandalism at Sutton, Park View and the Palace Ings, with locks being damaged or broken off and removed. Reports of such events should be reported to the Trustees when observed.
