Floods

A number of points may be made here:

• The amount of litter carried onto the banks – if you see some please remove it for safe disposal.
• Safety of yourselves on the banks, due to the deposit of soft mud.
• The trapping of fish as the flood recedes in pockets of land below the level of the banks. If you see this happening please call 0800 807060 for the Environment Agency to mount a fish rescue operation. Look after your fish.
