Day Tickets

Instances are being reported of ‘outlets’ selling these tickets for what are “Members’ Only” waters. 

Members’ only waters are :-Naburn – Locks area and upstream (Ouse), Acaster (Ouse), Kirkham Abbey through to Howsham, opposite the Hall (Derwent), Howsham Bridge (Derwent), Strensall (Foss), Towthorpe (Foss), Barton Hill Beck, Hemingbrough Pond, Burn Road Pond, Claxton Brick Ponds, Sand Hutton Gravel Pits, Park View Lake and the Laybourne Lakes complex. 

Day ticket waters are :-  Widdington (Ouse), Beningbrough (Ouse), Red House to Poppleton (Ouse)  Poppleton Moatfield to Sellars’s water (Ouse), Fulford & Palace Ings (Ouse), Donkey Woods (Ouse), Knaresborough (Nidd), Tockwith (Nidd), Skip Bridge (Nidd), Moor Monkton, (Nidd), Stamford Bridge to Kexby (Derwent),  Sutton-upon-Derwent (Derwent), Newsham Bridge (Rye), Barugh Bridge (Seven),Selby to West  Haddesley (Selby Canal), Canal Head to East Cottingworth (Pocklington Canal) and Great Heck to Goole (Aire & Calder Canal).

Under no circumstances should Day Tickets be issued for the Naburn Lock and above area.

Day tickets issued by the Naburn Caravan Park are only valid on the Yarnborough Club (tidal stretch) below the fence to the left of the car park area.
