Claxton Pond – Update

The landowner is currently maintaining the track from the property down to the pond to enable harvesting of timber to be undertaken in Autumn. Anglers must not drive down this track, unless authorised to do so by the Club Chairman or his deputy. Parking is still available at the farm, but is extremely limited , and any members abusing this privilege, or using the track without authority will be subject will face disciplinary action. The Club is presently in talks with the land agents to develop a longer-term solution.
