Annual General Meeting 2025 – Wednesday 12th November

The time has come round again for the membership to offer their suggestions for improvements to how the Amalgamation is being run, or comments on how the last year has been.

Any Notices of Motion to the A.G.M. should be in the hands of the General Secretary six weeks before the meeting takes place. This is Wednesday 1st October 2025. Submissions should be in writing, and signed by the Proposer and Seconder, both of whom should be in attendance at the A.G.M. to speak upon the proposal. Failure to accede to any of these conditions with render them inadmissible.
