Annual General Meeting 2020 (Postponed)

The 2020 Annual General Meeting, (delayed due to the Coronavirus restrictions) is now scheduled to be held on Wednesday 7th July. No Notices of Motion to the committee were received from the general membership, but the Trustees have recommended a £1 increase in the cost of the ‘book’ bringing it to £47 for adult members.

The meeting will be held in St. Clements Club, starting at 19:30 hours.

“Covid” restrictions will be in force, social distancing being maintained, and face coverings must be worn when moving about in the club.

This will be the first meeting since the “lockdowns” were introduced.
