Annual General Meeting 2019

This is due to be held on Wednesday 20th November, at St Clements Club, commencing at 20:00 hours when all members will be welcome.  Any Notices of Motion for the Annual Meeting should be in the hands of the General Secretary by Wednesday 16th October.  These must clearly state the ‘Motion’, and should be signed by the Proposer and also by the Seconder of the Motion.
