Anglers Against Litter

The Angling Trust is proposing that a “litter pick” be undertaken “Anglers Against Litter”, suggesting that all angling clubs be encouraged to take part by carrying out their own litter picks on their waters. Notably, during works at Sand Hutton Gravel Pits the number of bags of litter removed during previous works amounted to six.

However, it is proposed that during the next hedge planting at this venue a further litter pick be made, this being in March.
