You may have noticed some activity on the lake recently, this is City of York Council with Adastra recovering, repairing, and introducing a new wildlife raft on the water, as part of their continuing enhancement of the wildlife and natural areas around the Lake.
Members are reminded of their responsibilities when fishing this venue. Angling only is allowed, no camping, fires, alcohol, using the footpaths for anything other than walking and certainly no use of the ‘nature areas’ of natural growth as toilet facilities.
